Scope of This Release
Season 1 launches one functional access product: the CCC Founding Member Pass. It does not launch cocktail-recipe NFTs, TIPZ, staking, holder revenue distributions, or DAO governance.
This specification supplements the January 2026 protocol whitepaper for this limited release. Where implementation details differ, this dated Season 1 specification controls the membership launch only.

XRPL does not provide a native per-collection maximum-supply field. CCC enforces the 500-pass cap by pre-minting exactly 500 numbered passes, publishing the complete inventory, and removing the operational minter after issuance. This is an operationally verifiable cap, not a smart-contract hard cap.
Transfer and Activation Rules
The ledger permits a pass to reach any compatible wallet. CCC membership access is separate: a holder activates benefits only after accepting the current terms and completing the 21+ verification process.
XRPL applies the 5% issuer fee when a paid NFToken offer is accepted. A zero-price gift has no sale proceeds, so no percentage fee can be collected. Private or off-ledger transfers may not generate a protocol fee.
In-Person Redemption Rules
- Redemption requires current pass ownership, accepted current terms, completed CCC activation, and any venue-required government identification.
- Each qualifying benefit may be redeemed once per pass for the applicable event or participating venue window.
- Redemption status is recorded against the pass token ID. A transfer does not erase prior use or create a replacement benefit for the new holder.
- A Member Beverage has no cash value, cannot be resold, and does not accumulate or carry over.
- The licensed venue controls beverage selection, availability, service, age and identity checks, and may refuse alcohol service under its responsible-service obligations.
- A comparable nonalcoholic option is available. Where alcohol service is unavailable or impermissible, CCC may provide a nonalcoholic or comparable hospitality alternative.
CCC verifies pass ownership and retains only the age-verification outcome and provider reference. CCC does not store identification images, document numbers, or date of birth.
Security and Custody
- The issuer account is separated from the operational minter/sale account.
- The issuer is configured for multisign control before Mainnet issuance.
- No issuer, minter, or sale-account seed is stored in the website or Netlify environment.
- Mint inventory is reserved transactionally to prevent duplicate assignment during launch traffic.
- Every completed purchase is independently checked against a validated XRPL transaction.
- Age-verification records contain outcome and provider reference only—not ID images, document numbers, or date of birth.
Canonical Exclusions
The Season 1 pass is separate from recipe authorship records and single-use cocktail execution NFTs. It does not activate the TIPZ incentive layer, stablecoin settlement, recipe redemption/burn mechanics, creator royalty economics, or venue participation flows described elsewhere in the CCC protocol materials.
